Life is too short for bad coffee.
John and I were looking for a good place to blog. After a huge day satisfying our gastronomic cravings for Cebu specialties, including that mouthwatering Balamban Liempo, we dropped by IT Park during the evening with my laptop in hand.
Not sure if it’s just me, but we strolled around The Walk and looked for a cozy place to work, but we ended up eating a lot more. This time, it’s all desserts.
So we decided to just head back to our hotel and to our surprise, we saw this building standing near.
Coffee Vincent? Not!
Located at Mango Avenue, this coffee shop sure will attract a lot of partying people in front of it. Coffee Bean $cent reminds me of a certain coffee shop located at Metro South. Usually filled by students, we found CBS a perfect place to relax, and just work with our blog.
CBS on a late Thursday evening
We have managed to visit this cozy place on their last soft opening day (July 31) which has closed at around 2AM. But look, from August 2014 onwards, this 2-storey cafe will be operating 24/7!
Stepping up to an intimate coffee experience
Surely this will be a great stop for young business people and university students who just want to concentrate for their upcoming exams, for anyone who wants to hang out and relax, have stimulating conversations, listen to music, who just want to read, draw, and even write songs. I have to say, the free hi-speed WiFi is a huge plus!
Of course our favorites are available, since we’re not particular with our coffee choices.
There are a lot of coffee shops in Cebu. I think I already saw a bunch just by strolling around. But along with the great cup of coffee, the cozy, wide interiors will make this shop a hit. If it wasn’t only that late, me and John could’ve stayed longer.
Coffee Bean $cent is located at General Maxilom Avenue, Cebu City, beside Sunburst Mango. This coffee shop is open 24 hours.
